Note: The following instructions are provided for computers with Windows operating systems. If you have a Mac computer, you may need to adjust the information.

To print a page on this site:

  1. Click on the File menu at the top left of your screen, then click Print.
  2. Set the printing options you want.

Note: To print a frame or an item in a web page, right-click the frame or item, and then click Print or Print Frame.

To change the way a page looks when it prints:

  1. Click on the File menu at the top left of your screen, then click Page Setup.
  2. In the Margins boxes, choose the margin widths you want.
  3. In the Orientation area, click either Portrait or Landscape to specify whether you want the page printed vertically or horizontally.

To save a web page on your computer:

  1. Click on the File menu at the top left of your screen, then click Save As
  2. Choose the location (Desktop or Documents) where you want to save the page. Then, if you want to save the page in a folder, click the folder in which you want to save the page.
  3. In the File Name box, type a name for the page.
  4. In the Save As type box, select a file type (Word, Excel, etc.).

To save all the files needed to display this page, including graphics, frames, and style sheets, click Web Page, complete (found at the bottom of the page under "save as type"). This option saves each file in its original format.

To save all the information needed to display this page in a single MIME-encoded file, click Web Archive. This option saves a snapshot of the current Web page. Note: This option is available only if you are using a recent version of Outlook Express. It may not work with other web browsers, such as Mozilla or Firefox.

To save just the current HTML page, click Web Page, HTML only. This option saves the information on the web page, but it does not save the graphics or other non-html files.

To save just the text from the current Web page, click Text Only. This option saves the information on the web page in straight text format.

With Web Page, complete, and Web Archive, you can view the entire website off-line, without adding the page to your Favorites list and marking it for off-line viewing.

To add the page to your Favorites list so you can quickly find it for future reference, click "Favorites" on the menu bar at the top of the page. A dropdown list will appear. Click "Add to favorites."  If you want to be able to view the site off-line, check the box that says "Make available off-line."

(The above information is provided for PC users. Mac users will need to adjust the information to fit their needs.)
